Great location in Leblon, two blocks from the beach and close to the neighborhood's shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is cleaned from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Saturday. There is no housekeeping on Sundays and public holidays. Storage can be requested by calling reception or by placing the storage sign on the doorknob outside the apartment.

All guests are subject to the rules of the condominium and failure to comply with these rules may result in fines which will be passed on to the person responsible for the booking.

The condominium's swimming pool will be closed for renovation until November/December 2024
