All guests are subject to the rules of the condominium. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines of R$1,122.00, which will be passed on to the person responsible for the booking. If there is a repeat offense, the fine will be R$2,244.00.

The guest list and photo documentation must be sent no later than 2 days BEFORE check-in.

If guests are coming by car, they must provide the model, color and license plate.

It is necessary to inform the time of check-in as a member of our team will receive you.

It is not allowed to leave the apartment key at the concierge.

Visits and/or parties are not allowed.

Beachwear is not allowed in the social elevator.

Crowds are not allowed in the reception area.

Organic waste must be bagged and thrown in the garbage can.

O apto é examatamente como nas fotos e super equipado, tivemos uma ótima estadia. Fica perto de tudo no Leblon e a poucos minutos da praia. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi 10. Recomendo!
