Furnished apartment on the block from Leblon beach, ideal for families or groups. There are 2 bedrooms: one suite with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed (double and single bed). Social bathroom, full kitchen with American countertop, appliances and water filter. It has a washer and dryer, split air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, and gas heating.

Apartment sleeps 5 people. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). Living room and perfectly equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, covered closets, home office with bench and chair (wi fi 500 mega), ceiling fan and split system.

Second bedroom, one double bed and one single bed, plus a home office space, workbench and chair (wi fi 500 mega), ceiling fan and split system.

Finely decorated living room with wi fi 500 mega, smart TV (cable and Netflix). Fully equipped American kitchen: 4-burner cook top, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and iron, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, iron, filter with normal and cold water, cutlery and all utensils as well as cleaning materials, coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil...

Concierge service :

Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (lunch break) back at 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Saturday and public holidays until midday. There is no concierge on Sundays. All guests are subject to the rules of the condominium. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines which will be passed on to the person responsible for the booking.

To get to the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs.

Guests have access to all rooms in the property and the building’s amenities, such as storage for bicycles, surfboards, and foot showers. The building’s concierge is managed by Mr. Severino, a perfect example of the friendly 'carioca', always willing to help. If you are an early riser, start your day with a swim at the beach. Or, like many locals, opt for a late afternoon dip followed by a refreshing coconut water while planning your evening activities.

Leblon is the most valuable neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, and perhaps in Brazil. It is a safe area, both for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach and for those who wish to experience the social and nightlife of Rio de Janeiro. You can find the best bars, restaurants, and shopping mall, and it is less than 2 minutes from the subway.
