Spacious and confortable apartment in a nice residential area close to the beach and subway. Near supermarkets, restaurants but located in a safe and pleasant street. "The apartment was everything we expected and more" said one guest.

The apartment is on a very high floor and overlooks the Cantagalo favela, which some guests considered "very interesting and unusual". The street is safe and strictly residential. On Saturday nights there may be a party with loud music nearby sometimes. Otherwise, most of the time, it is quiet.

Great apartment, communication with the host “Marcelo” is very quick. Location is fantastic few blocks from the beach , supermarket nearby. The host granted me a late check out. I recommend this place.
