Modern, well-ventilated bathroom with large window, good hot water pressure and hairdryer. Gas heater located outside the apartment for greater security.

Guests will enjoy access to all rooms and cupboards in the flat. Only a small cupboard door in the kitchen remains locked, containing extra cleaning supplies. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building, and security cameras are consistently operational. With just two flats per floor, privacy is enhanced. The caretakers reside on the ground floor and are available 24/7 to address any emergencies.

The apartment is close to beaches, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the metro. It has a modern lighting system and high-speed, robust internet. Due to its rear location, it offers exceptional silence.
