The apartment looks like the photos and is very spacious. Well located and safe. Everything is around and the administration team was very supportive with everything we needed it throughout our stay.

Great old-school style appartment in Rio. Feels like a real carioca family lives here with a real large kitchen that has all appliances that are actually functional. This for me is important and rare in Rio. Clean and spacious. Loved the old school bathroom with a tub. The location is really perfect. Easy to go to the beach or have breakfast at zona sul the supermarket next down the street. It's relatively quiet which is also important (especially the second bedroom). One of my favs in Rio for sure !

A experiência foi incrível, o apartamento era maravilhoso, espaçoso e bem aconchegante! A localização foi escolhida no escuro, mas acertamos em cheio, era perto de mercado, farmácia, bons restaurantes e do metrô e a 5 minutos da praia. O anfitrião foi bem prestativo, nos auxiliou em tudo e deu ótimas dicas! Voltarei com certeza.

Rigtig god ældre lejlighed med to gode soveværelser. Køkkenet trænger til en kærlig hånd, men det fungerer fint. Dejligt med vaskemaskine, når man kommer hjem fra stranden.
Der er masser af gode restauranter i gåafstand fra lejligheden, og det tager kun 4 minutter at gå ned til stranden.
Der er en rar og venlig portner i ejendommen døgnet rundt og en politibil foran metroen, så det føles trygt at færdes i området.
Er man sensitiv med hensyn til støj, så hver opmærksom på, at der i favelaen bag lejligheden er en masse høns og haner som galer meget tidligt om morgenen.

Foi ótima a experiência neste apartamento!
De cara já nos responderam todas as dúvidas por mensagem e foram flexíveis com horários de checkin e checkout. Na chegada, o checkin foi super tranquilo e rápido.
O apartamento estava limpo e arrumado. Correspondia exatamente com as fotos e descrição, e satisfez a mim e meus amigos no feriado.
A localização também é excelente, pois é muito próximo da praia, do metrô e de ótimos restaurantes e bares.
Obrigado Eduardo e Rafaella pelo ótimo atendimento, próxima vez que eu voltar no rio, esta será uma das minhas prioridades na busca.

O apartamento é exatamente como na fotos, é bem iluminado e arejado. Os dois quartos tem um bom tamanho e ar condicionado, e o banheiro é confortável e o chuveiro muito bom. A localização é incrível, ao lado do metrô, com muitas opções de comércio/lojas/restaurantes nos arredores :)

Apartamento super agradável. Não tenho nenhuma pontuação negativa sobre o mesmo.
Tanto o apartamento quanto a localização e a rede de apoio ao redor, como mercado, farmácia, restaurante e principalmente, a praia.
Tudo da para ser feito a pé, tranquilamente.
Fiquei encantada com o capricho do apartamento, tudo como mostra no anúncio.
