Atendimento do Eduardo da Home Rio, tanto no checkin quanto no checkout, foi sensacional! Gratos!
Apartamento impecável, como nas fotos, super charmoso e muito bem localizado! Gostamos muito e super recomendamos!
Apesar de ter sido um detalhe, único ponto negativo foi a obra do apartamento em frente, cujos pedreiros estavam morando no local e fazendo mais barulho do que o normal, por toda a estadia - mas reconhecemos que são coisas inerentes ao imóvel e que podem acontecer.

Apartamento lindo, espaçoso, cercado por árvores. O interior parece uma galeria de arte. Espaço perfeito pra um casal, com 2 banheiros e um deles com dois chuveiros. Área super central de Ipanema com muito coisa boa perto.

Apto muitíssimo agradável. Sala ampla e cozinha completa. Ótimos 2 banheiros. Gostamos bastante. A localização é perfeita, no coração de Ipanema. Se botarem uma cama melhor (a atual é ok) e derem uma arrumadinha na porta do prédio, podem até cobrar mais caro! No geral, foi ótimo, do apto à comunicado com os hospedeiros.

A estadia foi ótima! O espaço é lindo é exatamente como aparece nas fotos. Fica em uma localização ótima, muito perto da praia e da Lagoa com muitos restaurantes e bares. Comunicação foi também muito fácil e amigável. Recomendo!

Notre sejour a ete merveilleux dans ce superbe appartement, encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos ! L'emplacement est exceptionnel, l'appartement a beaucoup de charme, on s'est sentis comme a la maison et on a hate de revenir :))

Un logement extrêmement bien situé, emplacement stratégique à quelques minutes du Poste 9 de la plage d’ipanema. Nous avons apprécié les échanges et la réactivité des hôtes qui étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. L’appartement est magnifique, avec un agréable balcon qui donne sur les arbres de Rio. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement sans hésiter.

Very centric, closer to the lagoon than to the beach but Ipanema is small enough that walking anywhere is very easy and convenient. The apartment seemed to have been recently renovated and the other apartments in the building were undergoing the same renovation (they were possibly converted into short-term rentals). That meant that the living room, with the exposed brick and high ceilings, was very nice, but also that there was ongoing construction/drilling noise in the other apartments in the building. I arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, and the apartment supervisor still allowed me to get in a bit earlier. The apartment felt very much like an Airbnb/short-term rental (not someone's actual apartment). It was pretty bare, with minimal, worn-out furniture in the living room (couches covered with old blankets) and a small dining table. The bed and the kitchen were comfortable, if a bit plain. The exposed brick, windows, and ceiling were the highlights.

Nous avons passés nos premiers jours au Brésil dans cet appartement qui est l’endroit idéal pour découvrir Rio
L’emplacement est parfait à quelques pas d’Ipanema, le quartier est remplit de restaurants divers , il y a aussi un marché autour du parc les vendredis où l’on peut goûter des spécialités brésiliennes.
L’appartement est parfait pour deux, il y a deux salles de bains, la chambre donne sur rue avec un balcon. C’est ce qui nous a plu dans l’appartement sentir la ville et l’ambiance, pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits on entend la rue.
Nous y reviendrons !

Y las personas muy amables y atentas.
Recomendación: Próxima vez antes de aceptar es mejor avisar con más anticipación que habrán obras en los alrededores , no cuando ya se hizo el pago, dado que la política de cancelación me obligaba a pagarles el 50%. De lo contrario indicar en el detalle del inmueble que hay trabajos alrededor y que significa ruido muy temprano aprox 9:30 am

Great location to explore Ipanema and Lagoa area. Great places to eat, do some shopping and explore the neighborhood.
Area can be a bit loud at night when you’re trying to sleep but it’s part of the Rio nights.

Appartement correspondant exactement aux photos. Spacieux. Beaux volumes de vie. Deux salles de douche. Charme. Deux petites terrasses. Beaucoup de très grands arbres dans la rue.
Idéalement situé dans Rio à Ipanema très joli quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Proche de la plage et du lagon.
Attention nous sommes en ville et donc l’endroit est assez bruyant pour ceux qui sont habitués au calme.
A préciser aussi qu’il est situé au 2ème et dernier étage d’un petit immeuble.
Eduardo qui nous a reçu était très accueillant et hyper réactif.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super gelegen. Ipanema ist ein tolles Viertel. Wir saßen sehr gerne auf dem Balkon unter dem wunderbaren Meermandelbaum und haben den Vögeln gelauscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleines Manko: die Wohnung ist nicht sehr ruhig gelegen. Das ist aber in dem lebhaften Rio generell schwierig.

Las ventanas de madera eran hermosas y los pajaritos se escuchaban muy bien pero un poco de ruido, pero nada de consideración, pasamos lindos días en el departamento, la cama grande también que compartimos con nuestra hijita pequeña se agradece…

I have stayed in Ipanema many times, and felt this was one of the best locations. Close to Lagoa and the beach - easily accessible to al of Ipanema - and beautiful green streets in all directions. The apartment is simple, comfortable and great. The bed is comfortable and there is extra bedding, all ACs work well for the hot days and the spacious windows are beautiful.

Great apartment! Plenty of space, lots of sunlight, good location. AC and wifi worked well. Kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and the filtered water was helpful. There is also a washer to wash your clothes. The balcony was lovely and the hammock a nice touch! Note that it's a bit dated but it was fine for us.

My girlfriend and I loved staying here. Eduardo was fantastic. He met us late (around 11am) to show us the apartment and give us a tour. He sent us some recommendations for places to check out around the neighborhood, which were all great, and answered our questions regarding futbol tickets.
We would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity! Thank you for everything! :)

El departamento es perfecto. Excelente ubicación, cercano a la playa y al sector comercial, pero lo suficientemente alejado para no sentir tanto movimiento de gente en el día a día. El espacio es cómodo, bien equipado y todo aparece tal cual en las fotos. Si volvemos a Rio definitivamente será al departamento de Rafaella :)
Una nota especial para ella (excelente anfitriona!), quien nos ayudó mucho, sobre todo en la programación del check out. Muchas gracias!

Solo puedo agregar como advertencia que el edificio no tiene ascensor así que puede ser difícil acceder para personas con dificultades de movilidad

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem New Yorker Loft. Wir haben dort drei Wochen verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut nur wenige Gehminuten von der Lagune und vom Strand entfernt in mitten von zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Der Check in und Check out waren sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Le quartier est super, de bons restaurants,des commerces et une station de métro proche.
Cela aurait été encore plus parfait avec un système de "self check-in".

I had a great time here - the place is really spacious, bigger than the pictures, with a really large main room. The bathroom has a really good walk in shower with good pressure, and a good-sized bedroom. It’s in a fantastic spot in Ipanema, just by the Lagao and walking distance to everything in the area. Eduardo was really friendly and helpful on arrival and checkout - I would highly recommend the place!

The apartment is wonderfully located, right in the best spot of Ipanema, near the lagoa, the beach, the subway and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and extremely comfortable, just like the pictures. A true gem. It is recommendable, a very nice place to stay, although it could be better equipped (specially the kitchen) and it should be a little cleaner at check-in.

Très chouette appartement en plein Ipanema, entre la plage et le lagon. Le quartier est super, de bons restaurants,des commerces et une station de métro proche. Cela aurait été encore plus parfait avec un système de "self check-in". Mais les proprios sont très réactifs et aidant.

Great apartment, spacious, clean, cool Rio vibe, and on perfect location middle of Ipanema. Also communication and checkin was super easy and accurate. Would love to comeback and make this my Rio home again.

I had a great time here - the place is really spacious, bigger than the pictures, with a really large main room. The bathroom has a really good walk in shower with good pressure, and a good-sized bedroom. It’s in a fantastic spot in Ipanema, just by the Lagao and walking distance to everything in the area. Eduardo was really friendly and helpful on arrival and checkout - I would highly recommend the place!

Super buena ubicación, en una calle tranquila pero a un paso de un montón de restaurantes y de la playa. Sin duda volvería a quedarme en este alojamiento.

The apartment is wonderfully located, right in the best spot of Ipanema, near the lagoa, the beach, the subway and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and extremely comfortable, just like the pictures. A true gem. It is recommendable, a very nice place to stay, although it could be better equipped (specially the kitchen) and it should be a little cleaner at check-in.

Idéal pour deux personnes, pour des vacances en amoureux par exemple.
Il est situé au cœur d'Ipanema, quartier très vivant et safe.
L'hôte est disponible à tout moment pour répondre à vos questions et vous donner quelques bonnes adresses.
Je recommande vivement.
