Beautiful recently renovated apartment with views of Christ, in the heart of Botafogo, 50 steps from the subway and close to bars and restaurants. The apartment has a living room with split air conditioning, sofa bed, 55" smart TV, integrated and equipped kitchen. Service area with washing machine and dryer, and a complete bathroom.
Cozy room with Queen bed and feather pillows, 400 thread count bedding and split air conditioning, spacious bathroom with two sinks. Building with 24-hour concierge.
It has a small bedroom with a single bed and ceiling fan.

Our staying at Rafaella’s place was amazing, not to say the convenience and location of the place. We felt safe walking at night and there are so many restaurants around and the metro. It was very clean and felt comfy just what we were looking for our stay in Rio. Thank you for communicating with us and accommodating our stay in your apartment.

Super Lage, kann man zu fit zu Fuß überall hin und hat eine Metro ganz in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man brauch. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen✨💪🏽

We had an amazing time at this beautifully decorated apartment. Location right next to the metro is super convenient and watching TV in the hammock was such a pleasure. Nothing beats Gustavo and Rafaela’s attention, I was impressed with how quickly they responded and tended to our needs. My reason for a 4 star rating is that the property is recently renovated and there were minor details that needed to be sorted, but I am sure these great hosts will improve the property for future hosts.

Great place , centrally located nearby the Botafogo Metrô. The apartment was newly remodeled and is well equipped with everything you would need to make you feel at home. The area is very nice. One block away there is a whole row of multiple restaurants with diverse cuisine. Rafaella is a great host, very communicative and made sure everything was five stars during me stay. I would stay here again.

Muy tranquila y cómoda casa
El alojamiento está bien distribuido, cómodo con todo lo básico para uso, el baño era muy grande y muy confortante.
Fueron muy amables con nuestras solicitudes
La zona tiene gente viviendo en la calle, sin embargo, la zona es muy tranquila
