Reservations

To confirm a reservation, please provide proof of payment along with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Identification number or passport number
  • CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry)
  • Complete address
  • Phone number and email
  • Check-in time / flight number (if applicable)
  • Check-out time
  • Names of additional guests (if any)

Payment Methods, Reservations, Rent, and Security Deposit

To secure a reservation, we require full payment of the rental amount (100%).

Payments can be made via bank transfer, deposit, or credit card.

The reservation is confirmed upon payment verification and the issuance of an official confirmation email from our reservations team.

If the reserved property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer the client a similar property or a full refund of the amounts paid.

A security deposit of up to R$1,000 in pix or a card returned after 48 hours may be requested at check-in if there is no deposit at the time of check-out.

Check-in

Time: 3:00 PM

Guests must inform us of their arrival time and provide a contact number to facilitate the check-in process.

For early check-ins (between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM), a fee of 50% of the daily rate applies, payable in advance.

For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional full day's rate will be charged.

Check-out

Time: 11 AM

Check-out will be conducted with a HomeRio Temporada staff member to inspect the property, collect the keys, and, if applicable, return the security deposit.

Late check-outs (between 3:30 PM and 6 PM) incur a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

Check-outs after 6 PM will be charged the equivalent of an additional day’s rent.

Late check-outs are subject to fines:

Up to 30 minutes: R$300

After 11 AM: a full day’s rent will be charged.

Cancellation and Reservation Changes

Cancellations or no-shows: The reservation payment is non-refundable.

Date changes are accepted only with written confirmation.

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund in cases of:

Exceeding the maximum number of occupants

Hosting parties, consuming illegal drugs, or violating condominium rules

Failure to pay the full rental amount or security deposit

HomeRio is not responsible for internet or cable TV connectivity issues, as these services are provided by third parties.

Guest Responsibilities and Obligations

The guest is responsible for any damages to the property or condominium items.

Violating condominium rules will result in fines, which must be paid immediately, and may lead to the termination of the rental agreement without refund.

Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Check with us before booking if you plan to receive guests.

In some cases, electricity and gas bills are not included in the rent. Check your contract for details. Payment should be made at check-out or monthly for stays exceeding 30 days.

The Court of Rio de Janeiro - RJ is elected as the competent jurisdiction for resolving any disputes.
